Abstract (2. Language):
The purpose of our study is Lhu removal of caries dentine by the use of different methods in primary molar teeth and the in vitro evaluation of the microlcakage of restorations of teeth with ormocer (Definite) material. In our study, 3 groups were formed, each of which included 8 samples. For the removal of the caries dentine tissue from teeth the conventional method (micromotor), mechanical method (excavation with hand) and chemo-mechanical (Carisolv) method were used. The restorations of teeth with prepared cavities were carried out with Delimle and completed with Sof-Lcx polishing discs. Then thermocyded between 5°C and 55yC was applied 200 limes and teeth were placed in %0j basic-fEiehsion dye for 24 hours to evaluate the microleakage, Mieralcakagc scores were determined by taking the sections in the diıection of mesio-distal from the Leeth placed otu the dye. Kniskal Wallis and Mann-WhiLnev U tests were applied to die obtained data. As a result of Kniskal Wallis variance analysis the differences between the groups were found Lo be statistically significant (P<0.05). As a result of Mann-Whitney U lest, the difference beLween the Conventional method group and Carisolv group was found lo be statistically significant (1^0.05) whereas the differences between the conventional method and the mechanical method, and between the mechanical method and chemo-mcchanical method were nut significant (P>0.05)
Abstract (Original Language):
Çalışmamızm amacı, süt azı dişlerinde farklı yöntemler kullanılarak çürük deminin uzaklaştırılması ve dişlerin ormocer (Eiefinite) restoratif materyal ile restorasyonlarının mikmsı/jnlıfarjnın in vitro olarak değerlendirilmesidir. Çalışmamızda, her biri 8'er örnek içeren 3 grup oluşturulmuştur.
