This study was carried out to determine the effects of bio-solid and tea waste applications under greenhouse conditions on micro element (Fe, Cu, Zn, and Mn) contents on eroded soils in different levels (slightly, moderately, and severely). Soil samples used this study were taken from tillage land (0-20 cm) in Samsun City. These soils have a fine texture, moderate organic matter content (0.83-0.99, %), and moderate pH value (8.0-8.1 in 1:2.5 soil-water suspension, w/v). The organic residues were incorporated the soils as four different rates (0, 2, 4, and 6, %, w/w) with three replications in a split block design. After experiment period for eighteen weeks, micro element contents were determined in eroded soils. As a result, it was determined that application of organic residues increase micro element content in eroded soils. Effectiveness of applications was found statistically significant depending on the soil erosion level (p<0.001) and application doses (p<0.001) for each element.

Bu çalışma, farklı düzeylerde (hafif, orta ve şiddetli) aşınmaya uğramış topraklara ilave edilen arıtma çamuru (AÇA) ve çay endüstrisi atığının (ÇAT), toprakların mikro element (Fe, Cu, Zn ve Mn) kapsamlarına etkilerini belirlemek amacıyla sera koşullarında yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada kullanılan toprak örnekleri, Samsun yöresinde, üzerinde tarla tarımı yapılan bir araziden (0-20cm) alınmıştır. Araştırma konusu topraklar; ince bünyeli, düşük seviyede organik madde içeriğine (% 0.83¬0.99) ve orta derecede alkalin reaksiyona (8.0-8.1, pH: 1/2.5 toprak-su süspansiyonu, w/v) sahiptirler. Organik atıklar topraklara, bölünen bölünmüş parseller deneme desenine göre, dört farklı dozda (% 0, 2, 4 ve 6 w/w) ve üç tekrarlamalı olarak karıştırılmıştır. On sekiz haftalık deneme periyodundan sonra topraklarda mikro element içerikleri belirlenmiştir. Sonuç olarak, organik atık uygulamalarının, erozyona uğramış toprakların mikro element içeriklerini, kontrol uygulamasına göre önemli derecede artırdığı belirlenmiştir. Uygulamaların etkinliği her dört element için de toprakların erozyon düzeyleri (p<0.001) ile atıkların uygulama dozuna (p<0.001) bağlı olarak istatistiksel bakımdan önemli bulunmuştur.
