Abstract (2. Language): 
Today's healthcare industry needs to use high-tech,complex and expensive healthcare systems. In addition to qualified employees, the main source of quality and competitive advantage is mostly based on highly developed healthcare equipment. Procurement of such expensive equipment should be executed via a systemapproach as differs from classical supplying, by using integrated product team. Systemapproach considers all supply processes in a life cycle cost analyses and evaluates whole supply process from configuration of the equipment to training of the personnel and after sales service while classical approach mostly considers only the price. This study examines how healthcare institutions organize and perform their supply logistics processes in a system approach while emphasizing the importance of integrated product team for purchasing healthcare devices and equipments which consider as a system.

Sağlık kuruluşlarının yarattığı kalite ve rekabet avantajı farkının başlıca kaynağı istihdam ettiği nitelikli sağlık ekibinin yanında kullandığı tıbbi cihaz ve ekipmanın gelişmişliğidir. Bu nedenle, ileri teknoloji ürünü, karmaşık ve son derece pahalı sistemler olan bu cihazların satın alınması klasik bir satın almadan daha çok entegre ürün timlerinin kullanıldığı tedarik lojistiği sürecinin uygulanmasını gerektirmektedir. Klasik anlamdaki satın alma, çoğunlukla ürünün satın alma fiyatı ile ilgilenirken tedarik lojistiği yaklaşımı, ürünün tasarımından onu kullanacak personelin eğitimi ve her türlü satışsonrası destek ile ilgilenmektedir. Bu kapsamda çalışmamız, sağlık kuruluşlarında sistem olarak değerlendirilebilecek cihaz ve ekipmanların satın alınmasında tedarik lojistiği sürecinin bir sistem yaklaşımı ele alınması ve entegre ürün timlerinin önemine vurgu yapmaktadır.
