Abstract (2. Language): 
Culteres give values people who living in it. This values reserve a important place. Culturel values take part indicator of existance for people. So, with one culture's values understand another culture is a mistake. To understand culture with own values -cultural relativizm- opens the door cultural communitiation and cultural empathy. The person of to set empathy is more high probability to help another person, according to the person of not to establish empathy. There are different opinions abaut helping another people that is egoistic or alturistic motive. The person who sets empathy has more good friendship relations, to understand each other and lives more less conflicts, according to the person who doesn't establish empathy. İf one person judge another person, this judgement may cause conflicts, dissociates and disputes. To set empathy contains evaluation that person's inner conditions. Consequently to set empathy opens a road to come near and to become less personal distance between two peoples.

Kültürler, içerisinde yaşayan insanlara değerler aktarırırlar. Bu değerler o insanların yaşantısında çok önemli bir yer tutar. İnsanlar için kültürel değerler varlıklarının bir göstergesi olarak yer alır. Dolayısı ile bir kültürün değerleri ile diğer kültürü anlamaya çalışmak yanlış olur. Kültürü, o kültürün kendi değerleri ile anlamaya çalışmak -kültürel relativizm- kültürel iletişimin ve kültürel empatinin kapısını açar. Empati kuran bir insanın diğer insanı anlama olasılığı empati kurmayan bir insana göre daha fazladır. Yardım etme davranışının arka palnında egoist bir güdü mü yoksa diğergam bir güdü mü olduğu konusunda farklı görüşler bulunmaktadır. Empati kuran kişiler, empati kurmayanlara göre, daha iyi arkadaşlık ilişkileri geliştirirler, diğer insanlarla daha iyi anlaşırlar ve daha az çatışma yaşarlar. Bir insanın diğer insanı yargılaması, çatışmalara, ayrışmalara ve sürtüşmelere yol açabilir. Empati kurmak ise, diğer insanı içerisinde bulunduğu koşullara göre değerlendirmeyi içermektedir. Bu da empati kuran ile empati kurulan kişi arasında yakınlaşmaya ve kişisel mesafelerin azalmasına yol açar.
