Content management systems (CMS) are web tools are used in developing modular environments and are widely used in online environments. Nowadays, there are numerous CMS softvvares used to develop web pages. It this study, a web site was developed using Joomla, an open source CMS softvvare, and online leaming materials prepared by senior students of Yıldız Technical University Computer and Instructional Technologies Department were delivered via this web site. The study was conducted by obtaining permission from İstanbul Provincial Directorate of National Education. During this study interests and trends of 36 computer teachers and 33 teacher candidates were analyzed and preferences of the participants related to the vvebsite were examined using Chi-Square analysis.

İçerik yönetim sistemleri (İYS), modüler çalışma ortamlarının oluşturulmasını sağlayan ve çevrim içi ortamda yaygın olarak kullanılan araçlardır. Günümüzde çevrim içi ortam üzerinde web sayfalarının geliştirilmesi amacıyla kullanılan çok sayıda IYS yazılımı bulunmaktadır. Yapılan bu çalışmada ücretsiz bir IYS yazılımı olan Joomla kullanılarak bir web sitesi hazırlanmış ve bu site üzerinden Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi Bilgisayar ve Öğretim Teknolojileri Öğretmenliği Bölümü 4. sınıf öğrencileri tarafından hazırlanan çevrim içi öğrenme materyallerinin dağıtımı yapılmıştır. İstanbul İl Millî Eğitim Müdürlüğü'nden alınan izinle gerçekleştirilen uygulama sürecinde 36 bilişim öğretmeni ve 33 öğretmen adayının sisteme ilgileri ve eğilimleri incelenmiş, Ki-kare analizi yardımıyla sisteme ilişkin tercihlerde ortaya çıkan farklılıklar kontrol edilmiştir.
