Abstract (2. Language): 
In this study, it was examined the relationship between perceives of classroom teachers' job complexity and intent to leave job. Data in this study were collected from a total number of 287 classroom teachers working at primary schools in Bolu province in the academic year of 2014-2015. Classroom teachers' perceives of job complexity was measured using job complexity subscale of the work design questionnaire and intent to leave job was measured using intent to leave scale. Mean, standard deviation, correlation and regression test were used in analysis of data. In this study, it is founded that there was a significant positively correlation between job complexity and intent to leave job, and job complexity was significantly predictor of intent to leave job.

Bu çalışmada sınıf öğretmenlerinin iş karmaşıklığı algıları ile işten ayrılma niyetleri arasındaki ilişki incelenmiştir. Bu çalışmanın verileri 2014-2015 öğretim yılında Bolu ilinde bulunan ilkokullarda görev yapan 287 sınıf öğretmeninden elde edilmiştir. Sınıf öğretmenlerinin iş karmaşıklığı algıları İş Dizayn Ölçeği'nin iş karmaşıklığı faktörü ve işten ayrılma niyeti ise işten ayrılma niyeti ölçeği kullanılarak ölçülmüştür. Verilerin analizinde aritmetik ortalama ve standart sapma, korelasyon ve regresyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Bu çalışmada öğretmenlerin iş karmaşıklığı algıları ile işten ayrılma niyetleri arasında olumlu ve anlamlı ilişki bulunmuş ve iş karmaşıklığının, öğretmenlerin işten ayrılma niyetlerinin anlamlı bir açıklayıcısı olduğu saptanmıştır.
