Abstract (2. Language):
Attitudes are predispositions
to respond in a consistent manner
to objects in an individual's environment
(referring mostly to
social environment). "Attitude" îsan
interdisciplinary term bridging
psychology and sociology, for
attitudes have social references in
their development and in their
objects, but at the same time, they
are part of an individual's psychological
make-up and behavior. For
this reason the subject of attitudes
has been considered as the most
important topic in Social Psychology.
This article is an attempt to
give a definition of attitudes and
to discuss attitude development,
attitude measurement,, and attitude
change.

Tutumlar bireyin çevresindeki
(çoğunlukla sosyal çevre) konulara
karsı sürekli biçimde benzer tepki
gösterme Öneğilimleridir. "Tutum"
kavramı psikoloji ve sosyolojiyi birleştiren
disiplinler arası bir kavramdır,
çünkü tutumlar, oluşum ve
konuları açısından sosyal kaynaklıdırlar;
ancak aynı zamanda, bireyin
psikolojik yapısı ve davranışının
da bir parçasıdırlar. O nedenle
tutumlar konusu Sosyal Psikolojinin
en önemli konusu olarak
düşünülmektedir. Bu yazı, tutumların
bir tanımını verme ve tutum
oluşum, ölçüm ve değişimini inceleme
denemesidir.
