There was no bourgeoisie class in Turkey in the early years of the Republic. The Turkish bourgeoisie developed in the following years as the special efforts and help from the state played a central role in its creation. One of the major objective of this study is to analyze the emergence and the development of Turkish bourgeoisie or Turkish business elites. Secondly, social backgrounds of Turkish Business elites will be examined. Also ,businesspolitical relations in Turkish society will be investigated
