The incidence of ectopic pregnancy is increasing, however ectopic pregnancy combined with an intrauterine one is rare. A case of a 40-year-old woman with combined ectopic and intrauterine pregnancy has been reported and this rare entity is discussed.

Ektopik gebelik insidansı giderek artmakla birlikte ektopik gebeliğin intrauterin gebelikle birlikte görülmesi nadirdir. Bu yazıda hastanemiz acil servisine başvuran 40 yaşında bir kombine ektopik ve intrauterin gebelik olgusu sunularak nadir görülen bu durum tartışılmıştır.
