Abstract (2. Language): 
Primary renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is the most common kidney cancer. In renal transplant patients, RCC more commonly arises in the native kidneys, whereas allograft involvement has seen rarely. A 65-year-old man developed an RCC in the grafted kidney 29 years after transplantation. Histologic and immunohistochemical studies diagnosed RCC. Renal transplant patients’ native and graft kidneys must be followed by regular ultrasonography.

Primer renal hücreli karsinoma (RCC) en sık görülen böbrek kanseridir. Renal transplantlı hastalarda, genellikle kendi böbreklerinde RCC gelişmekte olup nadiren de olsa allogreft böbrekte de gelişebilmektedir. 65 yaşında erkek hastada greft böbrekte transplanttan 29 sene sonra RCC saptandı. Histolojik ve immünohistokimyasal çalışmalar ile RCC tanısı kondu. Renal transplantlı hastaların kendi ve greft böbrekleri düzenli olarak ultrasonografi ile takip edilmelidir
