Only 0.2% of primary extra nodal lymphomas arise in the urinary bladder. The most common clinical signs of this disease are hematuria, dysuria, nocturia, and symptoms associated with B-cell lymphoma. This report describes the case of primary malignant lymphoma of the urinary bladder in a patient with acute renal failure, and reviews the clinical and pathological aspects of this pathology.

Ekstranodal lenfomaların sadece %0.2'si mesaneden köken alır. Bu hastalığın en sık bulguları hematüri, disüri, noktüri ve B-hücreli lenfomaya ilişkin semptomlardır. Bu olgu sunumunda primer mesane lenfomasına sekonder gelişen akut böbrek yetmezlikli bir hasta sunulmuş ve bu hastalığın klinik ve patolojik bulguları özetlenmiştir.
