Social Policy Conferences this year's (1964) series, the current issues of the day and country constitutes one of the various aspects concerning the status of «common market» I addressed the issue. When choosing this topic, Great Britain up to the importance of the subject, I attended at the invitation of the British government, "Wilton Park» meeting was the motive. Chapter 5 th Part of me is because I have collected this regard, the Common Market of the idea of speech, the rise and constitutes Andlaş-tion and social issues, while Article II will allocate part of the state of our country, and especially in England.

Sosyal Siyaset Konferanslarının bu seneki (1964) serisinde günün en aktüel konularından birini teşkil eden ve memleketimizin durumunu muhtelif yönlerden ilgilendiren «Ortak Pazar» meselesini ele aldım. Bu konuyu seçerken, konunun önemi kadar îngiltereye, ingiltere hükümetinin davetlisi olarak katıldığım «Wilton Park» toplantısı da âmil olmuştur. Bu bakımdan dolayı 5 fasılda topladığım konuşmamın I inci kısmım Ortak Pazar fikrinin doğuşu ve Andlaş-ma ve Sosyal meseleler teşkil ederken, II nci kısmını memleketimizin ve bilhassa Ingilterenin durumuna tahsis edeceğim.
