Abstract (2. Language):
The transportation of live animals contains a certain rules. IATA has arranged live animal transportation rules in the airways. It has tried to fulfil the international rules for the transportation of live animals in the maritime. Therefore we investigated live animal rules in maritime in Australia, because the production of livestock and export of livestock in Australia is very high. In addition, in Australia great importance is given to the transportation of livestock. The health and comfort of the animal is important during transport. The aim of the article is to present the rules of live animals in transport in abroad and to investigate the applicability in the domestic transportation. In this respect it is worth taking note of Australian livestock transportation rules. In this article mostly the livestock transportation rules are clarified and we can apply it to the transportation of all the live animals. In the course of live animal transportation injury to the animal may occur, which would affect the cost of export of animals.
