Abstract (2. Language): 
There is a consensus in the literature identifying satisfaction as a variable directly related on the future intentions of users. This paper aims to relate the spectators’ satisfaction with the date and time at which the match prefer to be scheduled in a basketball event, as well as the relationship with the intentions to continue attending as spectators. The main conclusion is that the more satisfied the spectators with the programming of matches, more positive intentions are to continue attending and recommending assistance to other potential spectators.

De los diferentes modelos que se encuentran en la literatura, existe un consenso en identificar la satisfacción como una variable que tiene relación directa sobre las intenciones futuras de los usuarios. En este trabajo se relaciona la satisfacción de los espectadores de un evento de baloncesto con el día y la hora a la que prefieren se programen los partidos, así como la relación con las intenciones de seguir asistiendo como espectadores. La principal conclusión indica que cuanto más satisfechos se encuentran los espectadores con la programación de los partidos, más positivas son las intenciones de seguir asistiendo y de recomendar la asistencia a otros potenciales espectadores.
