Ever increasing technological means and capabilities have contributed many fresh concepts to the new notion of "war," such as the war of live coverage; embedded journalism, non-war war, and hyperrealism. Particularly, some thinkers who claimed, "the gulf war could not actualize" before the Gulf War, have stated after the Gulf War that "the Gulf War did not actualize;" and they were right.
