Bu çalışma elit düzeyde voleybol oynayan bayan voleybolcuların karşılaştıkları yaralanmaları ve bu sakatlıklara sebep olan etmenleri belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Çalışmaya Türkiye Voleybol Federasyonu 2011-2012 sezonu Bayanlar 2. Lig’inde lisanslı olarak oyuncu olan toplam 52 sporcu gönüllü olarak katılmıştır. Çalışmadaki veriler, araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan demografik bilgi formu ve son 2 yıl içerisindeki yaralanma geçmişlerinin sorgulandığı anket formunun uygulanmasıyla elde edilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda; Sporcuların en çok burkulma tipinde yaralanma geçirdiği, ayak bölgesinin en fazla yaralanmanın olduğu bölge olduğu, aşırı yüklenmenin yaralanmaya en fazla sebep olan etmen olduğu, sporcuların en çok antrenman sırasında yaralanmaya maruz kaldığı, orta oyuncu ve smaçör mevkisinde oynayan sporcuların en çok yaralanmaya maruz kalan sporcular olduğu ve yaralanmaların genellikle 1-4 hafta arasında geçtiği tespit edilmiştir. Bu bulgular ışığında yaralanmaların önlenmesi için antrenmanlarda aşırı yüklenmelerden kaçınılması ve yüklenmelerin iyi planlanması etkili bir strateji olabileceği söylenebilir
Abstract (2. Language): 
The aim of this study was to investigate the patterns and causes of sport injury of female volleyball players who were licensed for two years in 2011-2012 season in Turkey Volleyball Federation. Data collected by using demographic information form and sport injury questionary sheet which was investigate the last 2 years in the injury histories and was prepared by the researcher. As a result, most seen injury type was sprain. Foot was the most injured body part. Middle blocker and the spiker were the most injury seen playing positions. Overuse was the most injury reason. Injuries mostly accured in training. Generally players returned to game between one and four week. According to these findings, for the prevention of injuries it is possible to say that avoiding the overuse and training loads should well planning can be effective strategy.
