The journal publishes original clinical and empirical scientific research articles, reviews, and case reports on joint diseases and surgery, arthroplasty, arthroscopy, general orthopedics, traumatology, and rehabilitation written in Turkish or English. Priority is given to original studies that attract readers' interest, with evident contribution to the field. Accuracy of given information, correctness of the results, clear explanation of the methodology, compliance with ethical guidelines, together with a high production guality are always given a high consideration. Since the Turkish Joint Diseases Foundation is a distinguished society both in Turkey and abroad, the Journal has a highly esteemed reputation among related specialties and receives considerable interest and contribution. The Journal aims to cover a multi-national platform on a broad regional basis including the Mediterranean and Balkan countries, the Middle-East, Caucasian, and Turkish-speaking countries. In particular, Turkish-speaking Asian countries show great enthusiasm to have a venue to have their articles published in a motherland country.
