Bir işletmedeki üretim planlama ve kontrol sistemi, üretimde verimlilik hedefi-ne ulaşmak için üretim faaliyetlerinin koordinasyonunu sağlayan bir araç olmaktadır. Üretim planlama faaliyetleri için çeşitli yöntemler geliştirilmiş ve bilgisayarların iş-letmelerde yaygın bir şekilde kullanılmaya başlanması ile bu yöntemlerden en etkin şekilde yararlanılmaya başlanılmıştır. Bu çalışmada öncelikle çok amaçlı karar verme yöntemlerinden Hedef Programlama Yöntemi tanıtılmıştır. Daha sonra ise konu ile il-gili Brisa A.Ş.’de yapılan uygulama yer verilmiştir. Burada, Brisa A.Ş.’nin bir aylık üre-tim döneminde TBR sınıfı lastiklerden üretmesi gereken miktarlar, kurulan Hedef Programlama Modelinin ABQM 3.0 Bilgisayar Programı yardımıyla çözülmesiyle bulun-muştur. Son olarak da, uygulama sonucunda bulunan bulgular değerlendirilmiştir.
The production planning and control system in a business has been an in-strument for coordinating production activities in order to achieve productivity tar-gets in production. Several methods for production planning activities have been de-veloped up to now and all these methods are utilized effectively after the computers are widely used in businesses. In this paper, firstly, goal programming (GP) as one of the multi-objective decision-making methods has been introduced. Following this, this method has been applied for Brisa A.Ş. here the amount of TBR-typed tyres which have to be produced monthly is determined by solving goal programming with the help of ABQM 3.0 computer program. Finally, the findings of the study which have been found are evaluated.
