Optimal yer seçimi, yeni kurulan isletmeler için en önemli kararlardan biridir. Karar verme durumundaki yöneticiler, en uygun yeri seçerken birçok kriteri göz önüne almakta ve alternatifleri bu kriterler altında değerlendirmektedirler. Sağlık kurumları için de binanın konumu son derece önemlidir. Bu çalışmada, Ankara’da kurulması planlanan yeni bir hastane için yer seçimi, uzman görüşleri doğrultusunda belirlenen kriterlere göre, Analitik Hiyerarşi Prosesi (AHP) ile modellenmiş ve önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
The selection of location is one of the most significant decisions for companies. While choosing the most suitable location, the decision makers should assess the alternatives under many the criteria. Location of the building is very important for the medical establishments. In this study ,the criteria are decided by experts and the location problem is modeled by Analytical Hierarchical Process (AHP).
